Course description

The learner will be able to identify various situations of harassment according to the characteristics of the Labour Standards Act (LSA) in several hotel establishments.

In a virtual hotel, you’ll witness a number of situations that may constitute harassment in the workplace, whether psychological, sexual, hostile or discriminatory. You’ll be faced with a variety of situations that will require you to consider what action to take to put a stop to them and promote respect, courtesy and civility in the workplace. You’ll learn how to identify forms of harassment, discrimination, abuse of power, etc., and how to react quickly if you are a victim or witness.
